Inspired by my great mentor, cartoonist, illustrator, and painter Pat Crowley, this is the first official blog of The Magic Woods. It is my intention through the posting of these thoughts to keep all of those who are interested in the work that we are doing to bring natural science education to children via television and video up-to-date on our progress. Since this effort to produce The Magic Woods began at the beginning of the century, the journey has brought our humble efforts into the homes, schools, and libraries of many, and yet there are still many who have never heard of who or what we are, or, what we are doing.
Our story weaves through many twists and turns and features wonderful people--some famous, but all noteworthy--and includes some dramatic events that may in fact make you catch your breath. So please tune in as this tale unfolds over the days and weeks to come. I pledge to use Grace and Truth as my guide, and I pray to be worthy of all of these tasks.
